健康は人間が持つ権利です。世界中の誰もが、どこにいても、お金があるかどうかにかかわらず、必要な保健医療サービスを受けられるようにする、それが国際社会が目標とするUHC（ユニバーサル・ヘルス・カバレッジ）。2030年までの共通目標達成に向け、各国政府の政治的意思を確認し、各国のリーダーと市民社会が協働して何ができるのかともに考え、世界に発信します。すべての人が健康な生活を送ることができる未来を創るために。

• 【ご注意】参加には事前登録が必要となります。席数が限られておりますので、お早めのご登録をお勧め致します（先着順）。
• フォーラム（招待制）への公式招待状をお持ちの方はご登録の必要がございません。
• 当日は、セキュリティの都合上、公的機関の発行する身分証明証（パスポート、免許証、保険証、学生証など）及び、登録後に送られる確認のチケットをご持参下さい（携帯等可）。

Health for All: Rising for our Right to Universal Health Coverage

Join world leaders, youth advocates, celebrity champions and civil society for an evening recognizing the courageous citizens and communities rising to demand health for all.

Health is a human right, but we have a long way to go until all people -- no matter who they are, where they live or how much money they have -- can get the health care they need. Together we will urge every nation to accelerate progress and leave no one behind.

All participants are required to complete registration online. People who hold official invitations to the UHC Forum do not need to register. For security reasons, please bring your ID (passport/ drivers license/ student ID) on the event's day.
